Anita completed a BA degree at the University of the Witwatersrand and immediately after graduation accepted an opportunity to commence a career in recruitment. As the founding member of PeopleSource she has been with the company since 2005 and remains actively involved in recruitment with an emphasis on technology. Areas of specialisation include mobile telecommunications, electronic engineering, software development, and embedded development from graduate through to executive level.

Irene Donkin

Director

Irene completed a BA at the University of the Witwatersrand and has over 20 years of recruitment experience. She joined PeopleSource in 2007 and specialises in private equity, investment banking, banking, management consulting, which includes strategy; as well as business process re-engineering from BA to programme management levels. She is also involved in executive and financial recruitment from graduate- to executive level.

Irene has an impressive client and candidate base in both South Africa and the UK and as their strategic partner, assists them to find and retain the right candidates and job positions. Candidates enjoy working with Irene as she is able to advise them on their career aspirations and strives to give them a choice of options ensuring they are able to secure their desired role. In many cases candidates ultimately develop into clients as they progress up the career ladder and expand their teams.

Shaw McMahon

Director

Shaw completed his degree in Industrial Psychology through the University of the Witwatersrand. Before becoming involved in recruitment, Shaw spent several years in the South African Navy as a Personnel Officer which is where he developed his passion for recruitment. Shaw has been involved in specialist recruitment since 1997 and in 2005, together with his partners, started PeopleSource. His specialist areas are mobile telecommunications and electronic engineering and he plays a key role in identifying talented candidates passionate about their careers in highly sought after companies in South Africa and Africa

Office Goddess

Clare is literally our Office Goddess. She ensures that we operate as consistently and as efficiently as possible. Clare has been with PeopleSource for over 10 years. She has previous experience in the admin field, and has worked for some highly respected and very successful companies including Barloworld and Sage, in roles ranging from Executive PA to the CEO, HR Officer and Office Manager. She has a passion for kitchen gadgets and enjoys great food.

Sue completed a BA degree at the University of Natal and after graduation accepted an opportunity to commence a career in recruitment. She worked in the South African Recruitment Industry for seventeen years before migrating to Australia. Throughout her working life she has always been involved in working with people and assisting people in developing their skills and achieving their professional and personal goals. Now based in Perth Western Australia she is using her skills and experience in the industry to assist Australian companies source white collar candidates from South Africa.
